Bulgarian Origin - German Headquarters

Born and raised in Bulgaria, I have been living and working in Germany since 1996. I have practical experience in the international business, coupled with sound academic knowledge in intercultural communication.

Career in International Industries

I can look back into a long career with different top-level positions. As Head of Operations East at a German automotive supplier I was responsible for company's expansion in Eastern Europe and Asia. With my team I founded and developed Joint Ventures in Bulgaria, China and Dubai. In the Bulgarian Enterprise, I took up the position of General Manager and set up based on Western quality standards a production facility which supplied leading automotive customers in Germany.

Sound Academic Basis

The academic background of my work is founded on my economic degree, on several international management Trainings and on the Intercultural Trainer Certificate at Friedrich Schiller University Jena.

Language Proficiency

As certified economic interpreter and translator for Bulgarian in Germany I offer professional translations and interpreting. The languages used in my trainings and keynotes are English, German and Bulgarian.

Expertise in Training and Keynotes

Based on my wide professional experience I have solid intercultural management competencies - these are passed on to my customers since 2010 as trainer, speaker and author. My trainings and keynotes are authentic, entertaining, interactive and practical. The focus is on sustainable success of my customers abroad.

In 2014 I published my German book Geschäftskultur Bulgarien kompakt (Business Culture Bulgaria compact). In 2017 followed the Bulgarian book Бизнес компас за Германия (Business Compass for Germany).
